| CLEAN AIR UNITS CAU-1 & CAU-2
Sun Clean Air Units are the solution for improving the working conditions during smoke and other emission measurements. The units are developed to discharge harmful and cancer causing substances, which are released when carrying out emission measurements.Tests at TNO (The Netherlands) and other inspection authorities show that the CAU-1 and CAU-2 in combination with a good ventilating fan remove all harmful substances from the immediate test surroundings. When mounting the smokemeters on the Clear Air Units they integrate completely with the exhaust systems.
Both Clean Air Units CAU-1 and CAU-2 meet the 0-emission demand, which are required in e.g. The Netherlands. |

STANDARD DESIGN Clear Air Units CAU-1 and CAU-2 are suitable for passenger cars & light commercial vehicles up to 3500 kg and are delivered with connection parts for single and double exhaust from 10 to 80 mm. The units are mounted on a mobile underframe. A ventilating fan with sufficient power should be available for a good operation. Both units can be used for OTTO and Diesel engines. Many options are available such as: ventilation fans, automatic switch-box and several absorption hoses. |
