The roller system of the SBA 2000 is contained in one central unit, making accurate installation easy. The SBA 3000 is a brake tester able to test cars upto 3.5 axle Tone. It is a PC-based hardware tester capable of controlling the testing procedure in a fully automatic way. The 21” monitor displays several test results and graphics in a clear way. The SBA 3000 can measure maximum brake forces, brake imbalances, efficiencies and is able to display some diagnostic brake test graphics. The SBA 3000 is working with a heavy-duty self-supporting roller set, to build up a modern brake analyser. The SBA 6000 is a rollerbank brake tester designed for all commercial vehicles up to a maximum axle weight of 18 tonnes. It is a microprocessor-based tester with fully automatic operation. The SBA 6000 is designed to measure maximum braking effort and braking efficiency as well as the braking imbalance and ovality. The user is led step-by-step through the test procedure. The cabinet includes four analog brake force indicators, one imbalance indicator and two LED displays to indicate simultaneously wheelweights, brake forces and brakingefficiencies. It is a PC-based tester with fully automatic operation incorporating a full 21-inch television monitor for optimal readability. The SBA is designed to measure maximum braking effort and braking efficiency as well as the braking imbalance and ovality. The user is led step-by-step through the test procedure. Options include the possiblity to connect to a Sun side-slip tester and to a Sun suspension tester for a total vehicle inspection centre with dedicated test results data.
