3.5" Diskette

System/Installation Software controls tester operation and the running of installed software on some testers. Applications Software includes programs needed to control test sequences on certain testers such as Sun data link software for example. System/Installation software is normally in the form of 3.5-inch floppy diskettes. This makes initial installation and eventual updating of the software very simple for all users. SCA 3500, MCS 2000, MCA 3000, DGA 1800, all require system/installation and/or application software.
